- Site assessment for the proposed development.
- Study of existing cross-border trade to inform planning and infrastructure requirements.

- Support in obtaining statutory approvals and liaison with relevant authorities.
- Participation in the bid evaluation process.
- Supervision and contract administration during the construction phase and defects liability period.
