- Conduct of a baselining study for the proposed wastewater treatment system.
- Definition of the boundary conditions for incoming waste (effluent) water.
- Review of the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) design.
- Selection and recommendation of the optimum treatment facility.
- Review of project costing and financial aspects related to development of the WWTP.
- Review of key attributes and operational parameters for implementation and long-term maintenance of the WWTP.
