  • Scenario analysis and review of past studies along with market analysis and benchmarking.
  • Assessment of the regulatory framework supported by traffic surveys and demand forecasting.
  • Site assessment and delineation followed by master planning and infrastructure assessment.
  • Formulation of sustainability strategies including GRIHA considerations along with preparation of detailed drawings and cost estimates.
  • Environmental and social impact assessment together with financial feasibility analysis and development of the business model.
  • Risk assessment and SWOT analysis culminating in preparation of the EFC/DIB note.
